Balam Coastal Estate

Balam Coastal Estate, a private property along northern coastal Belize, is protecting 3,676.17 acres of mangroves on their property as a mangrove reserve. This action will assist Belize to meet set target of increasing protection for mangroves as well as supporting Belize’s carbon sink potential.
